Initial Fitness Assessment- Free!

The Initial Fitness Assessment is a meeting conducted in your home where you and I determine:

  • Your reasons for hiring a personal trainer
  • Your health and fitness goals
  • Your exercise experience and history
  • Your health history and risk information
  • Your baseline level of fitness
  • The amount of time you can dedicate to exercise
  • Your exercise and activity preferences 

At the end of the assessment, I will present you with a general recommended action plan.  If you choose to work with me, I then develop a personalized fitness program tailored specifically to meet your needs.

Individual Sessions at My Studio - $50 per hour

A private 60-minute personal training session at my downtown Saint Paul studio. Your session will include warm-up, exercise, cool-down and a personalized Q and A session.  Off-street parking is included.

 
 

Individual Sessions at Your Location - $75 per hour

Sessions can be held at your home, workplace, or outdoors.  If you belong to a gym or fitness center I am happy to train with you there, however, you are responsible for paying any fees or commissions your facility may charge, in addition to my hourly rate.

 

My service area includes all of Saint Paul and those locations within a 10-mile radius of downtown Saint Paul.  If you are unsure whether your location is within my service area, please e-mail me! 

 

 
 

Guided Jogging Tours! $30 - $45

Metabolic Profile - $75

A metabolic profile is an in-person, in-depth session where you and I sit down and discuss your individual biometric data, current activity levels and current and desired body composition. From this discussion, I then give you a specific assessment of your overall lifestyle-related health risks, an individual calorie needs assessment and a recommended course of action.  From there, you may decide to work with me for specific exercise programming and nutrition guidance, or on your own in order to reach your health and fitness goals.

Group Package Rates

Buddy Pack  - 2 Individuals, 1 location
$80 for a one-hour combined session
$100 for two individual 45-minute sessions
 
Group Session - 3 to 5 Individuals, 1 location
$30 per person, per hour 

  • Group size limit of five people per session, space permitting
  • Groups of 3 or more must provide their own equipment, if applicable
  • Buddies of all fitness levels welcome!

Billing Policies

  • Payment must be made in advance, at the beginning of each individual session, or at the first package session.

  • Checks, cash and all major credit cards accepted.  $30 fee on all returned checks.

  • All packages must be paid in advance, unless a payment plan has been agreed to by both parties.  There is no refund for any portion of the package that is not used by the client, however, portions of packages not used within the proscribed period may be extend beyond that period at the discretion of the trainer.
  • Cancellation fees:
       8 - 48 hours advance notice = $25
       < 8 hours notice = Full Rate
           Re-schedule your missed appointment
       within 3 business days and the fee is
       waived!
